Anti Spam Policy

Aptex Sourcing does not send spam. This policy explains how we use email and messaging in our work as a clothing manufacturer, supplier and exporter in Bangladesh, and what to do if a message from us ever reaches you by mistake.

Our buyers are in the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia and the other markets on our market area page. Nearly all of our email is a direct reply to an inquiry a buyer sent us first through this website or by introduction.

We would rather lose a contact than misuse one. If our approach to your inbox ever falls short of this policy, tell us and we will correct it.

1. Our Position on Spam

We do not buy address lists, we do not harvest addresses from websites, and we do not send bulk unsolicited mail. Email from us is written for the person it is sent to, about the inquiry or order that person is involved in.

2. How We Use Email

Email and WhatsApp are how quotations, sample updates, production photographs and shipping documents move between our office and our buyers. Those messages are part of running your order through our manufacturing services, and they stop when the order and its follow-up are complete.

We do not add inquiry contacts to marketing lists without agreement. Where a buyer asks to hear about new ranges or capacity, that request is recorded, and every such message carries a simple way to stop further messages.

4. If a Message Reaches You by Mistake

Addresses are sometimes mistyped. If a message from us reaches you in error, reply and say so, or write through our contact page, and the address will be removed and not used again.

5. Reporting a Problem

If you believe a message claiming to be from Aptex Sourcing is not genuine, forward it to us through the contact page so we can check it. Our privacy policy explains how the details you share in that report are handled.

Genuine inquiries are always welcome - the fastest route is the get a quote page, where your message goes straight to the merchandising team.
