Clothing Manufacturing Services in Bangladesh for Brands
Aptex Sourcing is a clothing manufacturer, supplier, wholesaler and exporter in Bangladesh, running the full manufacturing service under one roof. Every order is made to order after your confirmation, produced to your specification and finished under your own label, for brands and importers in the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia.
This page walks through each stage of the service, from the first sample to the export carton, so you can see exactly where your product is handled, checked and approved before it leaves Bangladesh.
We run these services for private label brands, importers and retail buyers in the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia, and for labels selling into France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Japan. New brands use the service to launch without building a sourcing office of their own; established buyers use it to hand over whole ranges and free their own teams.

1. Product Development and Sampling
Every style starts from your tech pack, measurement chart, reference sample or even a clear photograph. Our pattern masters build the pattern, grade it across your size range and cut a first proto sample in a similar fabric so fit and construction can be judged early. The full route is set out on our custom clothing sampling and manufacturing services page.
Fit samples, size sets and pre-production samples follow until the garment sits exactly as you want it. Every comment from your side is recorded on the order sheet, and the approved sample becomes the standard the bulk production is measured against.
2. Fabric and Trim Sourcing
Fabric is produced or sourced to order against your composition, weight and colour standard. Nothing is taken from ready stock, because every programme is manufactured for one buyer only. Yarn, knitting, dyeing and finishing are planned backwards from your delivery date. The same route serves wholesale basics programmes and private label fashion ranges alike.
Trims follow the same discipline: buttons, zips, drawcords, elastic, labels, hangtags and packaging carrying your own artwork. Incoming fabric is checked on light tables for shade, weight and visible defects before it is released, and any lot that misses the standard is replaced before cutting starts.
3. Cutting and Sewing Production
Approved fabric moves to the cutting floor, where markers are laid to your size ratio and panels are cut, numbered and bundled by size and shade. The sewing lines are then set for the style, with the approved sample and order sheet at the line chief’s table. Our production programme page explains how orders of different sizes are scheduled through the floor.
Inline inspectors check each operation as the garments move down the line, so a drifting measurement or a skipped stitch is caught on the spot rather than at the end. Output is counted bundle by bundle against the order quantity.
4. Printing and Embroidery
Chest prints, all-over prints, puff and discharge work are handled through our screen printing unit, while logos, badges and lettering go to the embroidery unit running multi-head machines. Both work only from your approved artwork files.
Placement, size and colour are first proved on a strike-off or an embroidered panel and sent to you for approval. The bulk run starts only after that approval, and the first finished pieces are checked against the approved panel before the line continues.
5. Quality Control and Inspection
Quality control runs through the whole order, not only at the end. Inline checks cover measurements, stitching and cleanliness during sewing, and a final inspection checks every finished garment against your measurement chart, packing list and the inspection standard you set for the order.
Faulty pieces are sorted, repaired where the fault allows it and re-inspected before they join the passed quantity. Final inspection results, with photographs of the checked points, are shared with you before the goods are released for packing.
6. Packing and Export Delivery
Passed garments are folded and packed to your ratio, polybag and carton specification, with your labels, barcodes and carton marks applied exactly as instructed. Export cartons move through Chattogram and Mongola ports, and urgent replenishment programmes ship by air from Dhaka.
Shipping documents are prepared against the order and checked before the vessel sails. To start, send us your tech pack for a quotation or talk to the team about a style you are planning.
Serving Buyers Across Our Market Areas
Alongside our core markets, production regularly ships to France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden in Europe, to Japan and South Korea in East Asia, and to the UAE and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. Each market's labelling, testing and documentation expectations are confirmed with the buyer at order stage and built into the order sheet, so nothing is left to assumption at packing time.
Buyers may run their own audits of the production units, and independent lab testing of fabric and finished goods can be arranged on request before shipment. Programmes range from core basics such as our Bangladesh t-shirt wholesale lines to fashion styles with printing, embroidery and wash effects, all handled through the same staged service described above.
If you are comparing suppliers, send one style with its tech pack and target delivery date. We will reply with a made-to-order quotation, a sampling timeline and the production slot the order would take, so you can judge the service on real numbers for your own product.
