Private Label Clothing Manufacturing in Bangladesh for Brands

Aptex Sourcing is a private label clothing manufacturer, supplier and exporter in Bangladesh, producing for brands rather than for the shelf. Every order is made to order under the buyer’s own label, with your patterns, your fabric choices and your branding applied by the same team that sews the garment.

We manufacture for labels selling into the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia, from first samples to export cartons. Nothing leaves the factory with our name on the garment – the product carries your brand only, finished to your specification after your order is confirmed.

This page explains the kinds of brands we serve and how a private label programme runs with us, from the first tech pack to repeat orders. If you are comparing manufacturers, our clothing manufacturing services page sets out each production stage in order.

1. Who We Manufacture For

  • Startup and independent labels launching their first knitwear or casualwear range and needing a factory that explains each step in plain language.
  • Established fashion brands adding Bangladesh production for t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts alongside their existing supply base.
  • Retail and catalogue brands running repeat programmes in core styles with consistent sizing and colour standards.
  • Promotional and corporate wear brands supplying printed and embroidered garments to their own clients.
  • Workwear and uniform brands needing durable garments with badges, logos and strict shade matching.

Programmes differ, but the route is the same: your specification is costed, sampled and approved before bulk production starts, and the same merchandising team follows the order through to shipment.

2. Your Label, Your Identity

Main labels, size tabs, care labels and hang tags are produced to your artwork and sewn or attached during production. Packaging follows your instructions, from individual polybags with your branding to retail-ready folding and carton marks carrying your references.

Decoration is handled in the same programme: brand artwork is applied through our screen printing and embroidery services, so a labelled, decorated and packed garment leaves one production line under one quality standard.

3. Starting a Brand Programme

Send your tech packs or reference samples through our contact page. We confirm fabric, trims and decoration in writing, make approval samples, and agree the production plan set out on our production planning page before bulk cutting begins.

Once the first order is approved and shipped, repeat programmes run on the same approved standards, so your second and third orders match the first in sizing, shade and finish.

4. Brands We Serve Across Our Markets

Beyond our core markets, we produce private label programmes for buyers in France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, and for importers in Denmark, Sweden, Japan and South Korea. Each programme follows the same route: approved samples, in-line checks and a final inspection before packing.

For buyers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia we manufacture modest-fit ranges, workwear and promotional garments to the same specification discipline. The full list of countries we ship to is set out on our market area page.

5. What Brands Ask Us First

Most new labels ask who owns the artwork and labels (you do - we produce them only for your orders), whether a first programme can start with samples only (yes - sampling is a normal first step), and how quality is held across repeats (the approved sample and its specification sheet govern every repeat).

When you are ready, send the tech pack or even a clear reference garment photograph through the get a quote page and we will reply with the sampling route and the information we need from you.
