Return Policy for Made-to-Order Clothing
Everything Aptex Sourcing produces is made to order. We keep no stock of finished garments and no ready goods for export, so a conventional off-the-shelf returns model cannot apply – this page explains, plainly, how quality problems are handled instead.
As a clothing manufacturer, supplier and exporter in Bangladesh we work to the buyer’s approved sample and specification on every order, for buyers in the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia and the other markets we serve. The aim is that returns never become necessary.
Checks run during production and again before packing, as described on our manufacturing services page. If something still reaches you below the agreed standard, the route below is how we put it right.

1. Made to Order – What This Means
Your garments are cut and sewn after your order is confirmed, under your label and to your measurements. They cannot be returned to a shelf, because no shelf exists. For that reason, sampling and approval before bulk production carry the weight that returns carry in ready-stock trading.
2. Quality Claims
If a shipment contains garments that fail the approved specification – wrong measurements beyond tolerance, faulty stitching, wrong decoration or shade faults – tell us with photographs and the carton references. Claims are checked against the approved sample and the inspection records held for that order.
3. How to Raise a Claim
Write through our contact page with your order reference, the styles affected and clear photographs of the fault. The merchandising team that ran your order reviews the claim and replies with what we found and what we propose.
4. Remedies
Where a fault is confirmed as ours, the remedy is agreed with the buyer on the facts of the order: repair where repair is practical, replacement production of the affected pieces, or a credit against a following order. The remedy follows the scale of the fault, not a fixed formula.
5. Samples and Approvals
Approval samples are the reference both sides keep. Changes asked for after a sample is approved are made through a revised sample, so the bulk always matches a physical standard you have held in your hands. New programmes usually start through our brand manufacturing route or a first order placed via get a quote.
The commercial terms behind an order, including inspection and claims handling, are set out with our terms and conditions and payment terms.
