Printing methods we offer
- Plastisol printing for bold, opaque colours on dark garments, with a soft-hand finish when the design allows it.
- Water-based printing for a soft, breathable feel on light garments – the finish most fashion and promotional brands ask for.
- Discharge printing that removes the garment dye and replaces it with your colour, giving a zero-feel print on cotton.
- Puff, glitter, foil and high-density prints for fashion ranges that need texture and shelf impact.
- All-over and placement prints, from a small chest logo to full front artwork up to our maximum frame size.
How a print order runs
You send the artwork, ideally as a vector file with Pantone references. We prepare the screens, run a strike-off on the actual fabric, and send you photos or a physical sample for approval before bulk printing starts. Colours are matched to your Pantone codes under standard lighting, and every print panel is checked for registration, coverage and curing before it goes to sewing or folding.
Print durability matters to your customers, so we test wash fastness on the strike-off and control curing temperatures on the dryer. A print that cracks after three washes is a return waiting to happen, and we would rather catch it at sample stage than after your goods land.
Minimums and lead times
Screen printing is efficient at volume. Our standard minimum is 500 pieces per design for printed styles, and print adding usually adds five to seven days to the production schedule.
